Musings on Scotref

Many are worried, they dont want another Referendum on the future of Scotland because it would be too divisive. And yes, the first one was, in its way It split our country almost in half, a slight majority wanting to remain part of the UK  And of course any vote is going to cause people to pick sides But that is not what caused the divisions in our country   It wasnt just having to pick a side it was the policies of fear in the lead up We all heard the 'Too Poor, Too Small, Too Stupid' We saw the manipulated figures telling us how we were a drain on the UK, how we cost more and bring in less than England (note these figures are estimates, noone knows)  We were promised how important we were and how we would get the moon on a stick if only we voted to remain and sadly we did And nothing was done to heal the divide that had been created, our moon on a stick instantly became English Votes for English laws - where Scottish MP's have to leave the
